Return period
Customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving their order. Please contact us within this period to request a return.
Return shipping costs
If the return is not due to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the product has a quality issue or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Defective or incorrect products
If your product arrives defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange to send a replacement product.
